Since 2013, Paul Tripp has served as General Counsel at Lincare, a national provider of respiratory therapy and durable medical equipment headquartered in Clearwater, Florida. Before that, he was Lincare’s Acquisitions Attorney, joining the organization in 2002.

Previously, Paul served as Associate General Counsel at Davel Communications, Inc., and a commercial litigation associate at Piper Marbury Rudnick and Wolfe n/k/a DLA Piper.

He spent four years as an active-duty linguist with the United States Army, qualified in Arabic, German and Spanish. Paul received an honorable discharge in 1998.

He completed a Modern Standard Arabic language course at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California. Paul holds a Master of Laws (Health) from Loyola University Chicago and Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Florida.

Paul is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business and plans to graduate in May 2025. His dissertation will employ a mixed-methods research approach to explore and explain employees’ creative self-efficacy perceptions, how such perceptions may influence employee innovative work behavior, and to what extent working remotely may impact the self-efficacy/innovative work behavior relationship.
