Paul W. Tripp is an attorney, researcher, and adjunct instructor whose work bridges law, business ethics, and organizational behavior. His research has studied organizational behavior through the lenses of social cognitive and social exchange theories.

In 2025, Paul retired from his in-house role with a national supplier of durable medical equipment. He served as its General Counsel and Acquisitions Attorney for 23 years. Prior to that, he practiced commercial litigation at Piper Marbury Rudnick and Wolfe n/k/a DLA Piper. Paul also served in the U.S. Army as a military intelligence linguist qualified in Arabic, German, and Spanish. He was honorably discharged in 1998.

Paul holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the University of South Florida, a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, and a Master of Laws (Health) from Loyola University Chicago.
